Configuration Missing

The app cannot connect to Firebase because the configuration is missing.

To fix this for self-hosting:

Open this HTML file in a text editor (Notepad, VS Code, etc).
Scroll to the bottom <script> section.
Find: const manualFirebaseConfig = null;
Replace null with your Firebase config object from the Firebase Console.
